About the Webmaster

Hello. My name is Greg Kveton. I am a parent with three children in Grayslake schools, and have lived here with my family since 1991. We believe Grayslake is a great place to live and hope to be here for many years to come. I do not consider myself to be an activist. In fact, until recently, I have been guilty of not being very involved with our schools. However, schools don't just run themselves. There are many issues facing our district today that need greater awareness and input from the community. I can no longer ignore these issues as they have enormous importance to my children and the community in which I live.

This site was started in March 2001. The opinions presented here represent a compilation of the views of the parents in our group. I believe this site should be a place where information can be exchanged and opinions can be shared. Therefore, I may not necessarily agree with all of the content here. Finally, it is my first attempt at a web site so any comments and suggestions are appreciated. E-mail sent through this site is forwarded to designated members of our parent group and will receive a response. Your comments will not be used on the site without prior consent.
